One of my favorite salads is a mixture of arugula, baby spinach, and romaine topped with sunflower seeds, radishes, flaked tuna and red pepper. The dressing consists of udo’s oil, apple cider vinegar and a few drops of maple syrup. Shake the mixture to combine then add to salad. It’s very sour and flavorful.

If you added some toasted pumpkin and sun flower seeds to this it would make it extra amazing.
